When we compose an evening at home, we do not arrive with a chef and a menu. We arrive with the entire evening — the setting, the light, the timing, the flowers, the sound, the courses, the service, the close. Nothing is left to the couple, and nothing is left to chance.

A private chef cooks a dinner. This is not that. This is an orchestrated evening in which the chef is one of several composed elements — the setting is another, the arrival is another, the direction of the night is another. The result is not a good meal at home. It is an experience that could only happen in your home, and only for the two of you.
A quiet transformation, done before you enter
Our team arrives ahead of you. Furniture is repositioned where it needs to be. Rooms are re-lit — often entirely — to move the space from residential to cinematic. Layered candlelight, taper candles, low pools of amber light. Seasonal florals are composed by our florist on the day. Linen and glassware are dressed for two. Music and scent are chosen for the tone of the evening.

A menu composed for the two of you
A private conversation before the evening shapes the courses. Where you have been together. What you love. What you avoid. Dietary needs and allergies are absorbed into the design, not worked around. The result is a multi-course menu that reads like a personal document, not a service.
Discreet service throughout
The chef and one attendant remain present but almost unseen. Courses arrive at the pace of your conversation, not the pace of a kitchen. Between courses the room is quiet. At the end of the evening the kitchen is fully cleaned, everything is removed, and the space is returned to itself. You wake to no trace of the logistics of the night.
