The choice of setting
The evening can happen in one of two ways. It can happen at home — your residence elevated beyond recognition for one night, so it is unmistakably the place you live and unmistakably not. Or it can happen in one of our rare iconic settings: a private residence above the city with a Burj Khalifa view, a yacht taken privately for the water, or a single table in the desert under the stars.
We recommend the setting based on the couple. There is a right answer for each.
A private menu
The menu is composed after a short conversation about you — favourite dishes, memories tied to food, dietary needs, wines you love. It is not selected from a list. Wine and champagne pairings can be directed on request; non-alcoholic pairings are prepared with the same seriousness.
Chauffeured arrival
Where the setting is not your home, a chauffeured car handles the arrival and the return, timed to the moment the evening should begin. You are never asked to think about logistics on the night.
Discreet from beginning to end
Every anniversary evening we compose is arranged in complete confidence. Staff are briefed accordingly. No photographs are taken without express request. If it is a surprise, the surprise is protected end to end.
